I am Carina Sophie Schoppe born in 2000, co-founder and managing director and shareholder of several companies. My heart beats for innovative software development and effective management, always striving for perfection while leaving room for creativity.
Lecturer
As soon as I started my studies, I began to want to pass on my knowledge to others. I continued to expand this over the years, so that I became a lecturer.

I taught myself programming at the age of 13, wrote my first big programs at 16 and have been constantly expanding my skills and growing with my challenges ever since

As a child, I grew up with self-employment, so this was the best option for me after school. Alongside my studies, I started in the consulting and brokerage of orders, real estate, shares and funds, which I still do today.

I studied Business Informatics at the University of Paderborn in the heart of North Rhine-Westphalia, and I taught myself everything else.
I taught myself most of it and learned it myself, only a few of the things I learned during my studies I was able to apply later. In short, I learned what I wanted and simply always needed online or through people I knew.
So far I know Java, Kotlin, Python, Android, Dart, Flutter, C# and Rust plus of course a couple of database languages like SQL and Cypher and other tools and systems.
I have to start with German, as I was born and grew up in Germany, plus English and Spanish through school and my travels and language stays abroad. I also have some Japanese, Russian and sign language.
My next big goal is to expand my technical skills, especially in the application of AI in software development. At the same time, I want to learn more about the ethical aspects of technology through my social engagement and expand my professional network to benefit from the experiences of others and grow together.
Set yourself realistic but challenging goals and commit to them. Be willing to learn new things and actively seek feedback, because self-development is a dynamic process that requires openness and patience.
I admire people who push boundaries and make the seemingly impossible possible. People like Grace Hopper, who did pioneering work in computer science, and innovators like Elon Musk are great sources of inspiration for me. Of course, my parents, friends and my partner are also part of this.
I find inspiration in overcoming challenges and in continuous learning. The stories of people who realize their dreams motivate me every day.
I see challenges as opportunities to learn and grow. By breaking them down into smaller parts, I can move forward systematically and efficiently to tackle complex problems.
For me, success means leaving a lasting positive impact - whether through my work or my commitment. It is important to me that I remain true to my principles and live my values.
I used to play a lot of golf and tennis, and I also have a hunting license and a trading license. Otherwise I do a lot of couple dancing and enjoy kiting and of course programming and exploring, but anime and traveling are also a must.
In short, I've tried a lot of things but I'm far from finished.
Artificial intelligence fascinates me because of its potential to change almost every aspect of our lives. I am particularly interested in its application in education.
